Ladies, we know that near or at the top of your wish list for a new home is a beautiful master suite where you can relax, unwind, and make all the stresses of your day disappear. Gentlemen, while a master suite may not be at the top of your wish list, we think you're really going to love this space (maybe even as much as the ladies). This master suite will become your master retreat where you can escape to recharge and revive from the busyness of your day.
The existing master suite is already a spacious suite with a large bedroom, two large walk-in closets, large vanities for him and her, and a shower. However, the configuration of the bathroom was awkward, didn't flow, and certainly wasn't ideal. We knew we needed to take this space to the next level for Greyhound Estate. Here is the floorplan as the space currently exists:
When renovations are complete, the master suite will boast:
- A spacious master bedroom with gorgeous windows
- A coffee bar in the foyer of the suite (Yes, I said coffee bar AND foyer)
- A dressing room with a vanity, a large center island with drawers, and a gorgeous chandelier (I know, ladies, it's the trifecta.)
- A HUGE walk-in shower (It's 5 feet x 5 feet!)
- Spacious His and Her vanities
- A gorgeous free-standing tub
- A festive chandelier over the tub

The original layout of the master suite was 557 square feet. We have increased that area to 647 square feet. This suite will be a serene, beautiful oasis for rest and relaxation for the new owners of Greyhound Estate.
